Happy National Pancake Day

National Pancake Day dates back several centuries to when the English
prepared for fasting during lent. Strict rules prohibited the eating
of all dairy products during lent, so pancakes were made to use
up the supply of eggs, milk, butter, and other dairy products.

This year, IHOP will serve millions of free pancakes on
February 12
instead of today
because today is also Super Tuesday.

So, have pancakes for lunch or dinner,
if you didn't eat them for breakfast...

Then get out there and
VOTE...

(or at least register so you can vote in November)

So, Scott has been reminiscing about some granny smith apple pancakes you make. Do you still have that recipe?
