Earth Hour was created by the World Wildlife Fund
in Sydney, Australia in 2007, and, in one year, has
grown from an event in one city
to a global movement.
On Saturday. March 29. 2008, Earth Hour invites people
around the world to turn off their lights for one hour
from 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm in their local time zones.
