3 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 cup butter, at room temperature
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar
Place all the ingredients in a gallon-sized, Ziplock, freezer bag and seal it tightly. Squeeze it and squish it until it is blended and looks like fudge. [Chopped nuts are optional, but don't add until the end or they will make holes in the Ziplock bag.] Dump it out on a cutting board and cut it into pieces, or you can just dig in...
This is a great activity when you have a large group. Pass the bag around and let everyone help make the treat.

Hi Lyn! First of all, that fudge looks amazing! Secondly, thanks for saying hi! Yes, Rachel is my sister-in-law! Isn't she great!? That's so neat that you came across my blog. I think that you also had my husband Matt as a student as well. It was probably a really long time ago though. Matt and Rachel are six years apart. Thanks again! P.S. you have a great blog!
Hi Mrs. Chapman! I saw your comment on Heather's blog and knew it was you! You had me for fourth grade as well..Erica Welsh was my maiden name. Anyway, glad to have found you and hope you don't mind me leaving a comment.
