But wouldn't it be nice if it was true...

Did you know that you can tell what country a food product comes from by reading the first three numbers on a bar code? For example, if the first three numbers are 471, the food is "Made in Taiwan." Here's more...

CHINA = 690–692
USA and CANADA = 00–09
FRANCE = 30–37
GERMANY = 40–44
JAPAN = 49
and
TAIWAN = 47
