I really think that in the UK we should do some form of pledge. Or have to sing the national anthem, everyday in schools.
Even in my life time, I have seen this country of mine slowly going down the drain. The riots in august saddened me beyond words.
We do not have a family but if we did, I would strive for them to be the best citizen that they can be.
Pledging would be a start.
