Foil-Baked Cabbage

Preheat oven to 350º
Cut one head of green cabbage into 8 wedges.
Salt and pepper to taste
Wrap each wedge in aluminum foil and cook 45-60 minutes or until cabbage is tender.

• Wrap each wedge in bacon slices before cooking, and/or drizzle with clarified butter
• Experiment with different spices
• Can also be cooked on the grill or in a crock pot
