Miracle Pan Release

Ingredients
1/2 cup lard or shortening
1/2 cup vegetable or olive oil
1/2 cup unbleached or all-purpose flour

Directions
Whip, whip, whip and store in an airtight container at room temperature.
Yields 1-1/2 cups
Brush on your pans with a pastry brush!
