If you don't need celery often, here is a hint from a chef, at an upscale Italian restaurant, to keep it crisp for up to six weeks!!

Take the store wrapping off, rinse the celery and shake dry of most water. Completely wrap in aluminum foil, keep in fridge crisper and whenever you need fresh crisp celery, its there...
