Apple Cider Funnel Cakes

3 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 Tbsp. allspice
2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 cup apple cider
1 cup whole milk
oil for frying (I prefer coconut oil)
powdered sugar

Mix together the flour, salt, cinnamon, allspice, and baking powder and set aside. Mix together the eggs, sugar, and vanilla and then blend in the apple cider followed by the milk. Gradually add the dry mixture.

Place a freezer Zip-lock bag in a large cup and pour the batter inside and seal. Clip a small opening in one corner and squeeze in a circular pattern into hot oil. Cook until golden brown on both sides and then place on a paper towel to drain off the excess oil. Dust with powdered sugar.
