CrossFit Cookies

2¼ cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
¾ tsp. salt (if you use salted butter, omit the salt)
1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
¾ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding (any pudding is good)
2 eggs, room temp, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt together and whisk. Set aside.

In a large bowl cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Bet in the instant pudding until blended. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture. Finally stir in the chocolate chips (can substitute white chocolate chips, or ½ and ½ semisweet and milk chocolate chips). If the batter is too sticky, add about ¼ cup more flour. Drop by rounded spoonsful onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake for 10-12 minutes in preheated oven. Edges should be golden brown.
