Yesterday, at WalMart, I bought some Halloween Caramel Apple Taffy @ 75% off. It really does taste like a caramel apple!! This morning, as my stomach growls, I am dreaming of Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory caramel apples. But, more specifically, I'm craving an apple pie caramel apple - my favorite! It's a granny smith apple smothered in caramel, covered in white chocolate, and dipped in cinnamon sugar... yum!

I came across your blog while searching for Carmel Apple Taffy. I'm having trouble finding some. Our Walmart doesn't have any. They didn't even stock it this year. I'd be glad to pay you to ship me several bags, if they still have some. Can you help?

Bruce, I checked back at WalMart and they were all sold out of the caramel apple taffy. I called the other near-by WalMarts, but they were out, too. I checked online for the maker of the taffy, and found it! You can order it from them any time. Since I wasn't sure the best way to reach you, I made a link to the site on the "fast sunday dreaming" post on my blog. Bruce, I just discovered Apple Caramel Sun Chips at our local WalMart. They are marvelous! I thought of you because you like the Caramel Apple Taffy so much. I think this is just test market right now, but I can't imagine that they won't offer them nationwide. They also have cinnamon and honey graham flavors. The cinnamon is yummy, but not as good as the Apple Caramel!
