Pythagoras can help...
In a right triangle...
The square of the hypotenuse
is equal to the sum of the squares
of the other two sides...
a2 + b2 = c2
32 + 42 = 52
Why is this useful, you ask?
If we know the lengths of two sides of a right-angled triangle,
then Pythagorean Theorem allows us to find the length of the third side...
