Cinnamon Cream Syrup

1 cup sugar
½ cup light corn syrup
¼ cup water
1 can (5oz.) evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp. ground cinnamon

Combine sugar, corn syrup, and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from the heat; sitr in the milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
