Sourdough Starter

Ingredients

½ cup flour

¼ cup non-chlorinated water

 

Instructions

Mix together the flour and water in a large mason jar.

Cover with cheese cloth and let it grow on the counter.

Every 24 hours, discard half of the mixture and add the same ingredients above.

After a week, you will have starter you can use.
