Ingredients
1 cup vegetable oil
2 sticks room temperature butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
t tsp cream of tartar
4 cups flour
3 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
In a mixer, cream together the oil, butter, and sugars until light and fluffy.
Beat together the milk, vanilla, and egg.
Add this to the creamed mixture and mix well.
Whisk together the dry ingredients.
Add to the batter 1/2 cup at a time.
Fold in the chocolate chips into the dough
Scoop the dough and roll each into a shiny ball in your hands and place on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes and rest them for 15 mintues.
