A little sleeping humor as we switch over

"It seemed the world was divided into good and bad people. The good ones slept better . . . while the bad ones seemed to enjoy the waking hours much more."

Enjoy your extra hour of sleep tonight...

Why?

Why do we do this nonsense twice a year?

Reports are proving that it doesn't save energy because what we save in the evening we use in morning...

It is just like giving ourselves jet lag twice a year that takes up to four weeks to adjust to...
As an educator, I have to wonder how it effects students who are tested right when they are adjusting to loosing an hour of sleep each spring...

What ever happened to Early to bed, Early to rise, Makes a man Healthy, Wealthy, and Wise...
Even though I am a true night person, I would rather go back to Standard Time all year long...

Oh, and before I forget:

Don't forget to set your clocks back one hour tonight!!
