Berry Nice

For that "Stawberries and Cream" complexion...

Slice a fresh strawberry in half and rub the cut sides on your clean face. Wait a few minutes, then rinse. The berry is loaded with natural alpha-hydroxy acids that help clear up belmishes and slough off dead skin cells.

Money Well Spent

These are 2 of my very favorite magazines, and
now I have a good excuse for buying them...

AARP reports that mental workouts can be just
as important as staying physically active!!

Resolve to Keep Resolutions

The fear of failing (again) to not reach our goals is the only things that hold us from making them. Goals are stars to steer by, not sticks to beat yourself with (Barbara B. Smith). Here are some tips for effective steering:

4. Even if you don't completely reach your goal, rjecognize the progress that you have made in working toward it. Feel proud of yourself for your accomplishment, and reward yourself accordingly.

Resolute

I am your constant companion.
I am your greatest asset or heaviest burden.

I will push you up to success or down to disappointment.
I am at your command.

Half the things you do might just as well be turned over to me,

For I can do them quickly, correctly, and profitably.

I am easily managed, just be firm with me.
Those who are great, I have made great.

Those who are failures, I have made failures.

I am not a machine, though I work with the precision of a

machine and the intelligence of a person.

You can run me for profit, or you can run me for ruin.

Show me how you want it done. Educate me. Train me.

Lead me. Reward me.

And I will then...do it automatically.

I am your servant.

Who am I?

I am a habit.
